「満喫」
3世帯の旅行でしたがビュッフェは子供も大人も満足できる内容でした。ロビー付近にあるドリンクサービスもいつでも利用できるので助かりました。温泉がとても良くて何度も入りに行きました。
壁や天井が薄いのか隣や上の階の方の音が聞こえてきました。

Large comfortable room and especially worthwhile getting a room with garden view. The garden is serene and beautiful , the onsen warm and inviting with great views of the mountain from the outdoor ones. A great base to visit the ropeway with views of Mount Fuji . Cherry blossoms were in full bloom in the cool air and sunshine of early Spring

「満足！」
すごく綺麗で、朝も夜もビュッフェがとても美味しく最高でした
じゃんけんイベントをされていたのですが、忙しい時間だったのもいけなかったのか、食事の時に子供達がじゃんけんに押し寄せてしまい、迷惑がらずに笑顔での対応の方もいれば、リーダーっぽい方が迷惑そうで、注意を受けてしまいました ご飯時のじゃんけんは控えてくださいとか一言あればやめていたのですが、何もなかったので他の方もジャンケンしていたし、いいと思いじゃんけんのお願いをしてしまいました 受付、ロビー、食事の受付などのスタッフの方はとても笑顔で迎えてくれて最終的にはすごく満足です！
